1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • The item is returned in unused, original condition with packaging intact
  • The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the product
  • The item delivered was damaged, defective, or not as described
  • You received the wrong product

Note: Refunds will only be initiated once the returned product passes our quality check.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or tampered with
  • Products like tiffins, bottles, glue, or other hygiene-sensitive items that have been opened
  • Orders placed during clearance sales, marked as non-returnable, or labeled final sale
  • If the customer fails to initiate the return within the return window

3. Refund Method

Once your return is approved and received, the refund will be processed and credited within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited back to your original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.)
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be made via NEFT/IMPS bank transfer. We will request your bank details once the return is approved.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If you cancel your order before shipment, a full refund will be processed and credited within 2–5 business days of the cancellation confirmation.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Any original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product).
  • In case of return pickup unavailability, customers may need to self-ship the product, and reimbursement will be provided based on actual charges (upon sharing valid courier receipt).
