Return Policy

At https://trindkidz.com/, we care about your experience and want every purchase to bring a smile to you and your child. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a clear and fair return and replacement policy.


1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • You initiate the return within 7 days of delivery

Please note: Returns will only be accepted after verification by our support team.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Used tiffin boxes, bottles, and lunch accessories
  • Opened or used stationery like glue, paints, or pens
  • Toys that have been opened or show signs of use
  • Products marked as non-returnable, clearance, or final sale

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@yourwebsite.com or via WhatsApp/Call
  2. Share your Order ID, product image(s), and the reason for return
  3. Our team will verify the issue and guide you through the next steps
  4. If approved, we will arrange for pickup or ask you to self-ship the item
  5. Once received and inspected, we will initiate your replacement or refund as per the case

4. Refunds

If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 7–10 business days:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded via NEFT/IMPS bank transfer (you will be asked to share account details)

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error (wrong or defective item).


5. Replacements

We’re happy to offer free replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. Once your return or issue is verified, we’ll ship and deliver a replacement within 2–5 working days, subject to product availability. In case the product is out of stock, you’ll have the option to choose an alternative item of equal value or receive a full refund.


6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was due to a fulfillment error on our part
  • If you are asked to self-ship, we will reimburse reasonable courier charges upon receipt (against proof)
