  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Processing time may vary during peak seasons, special promotions, or unforeseen events.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with reputed courier and logistics services to ensure safe and timely delivery. Delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Standard Delivery (Within India): 4–7 business days
  • Remote/Rural Locations: May take an additional 2–4 days

Note: Delivery timelines are approximate and may be affected by weather conditions, logistical delays, or regional restrictions.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of the order.
  • Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
  • We may offer free shipping promotions on select orders or during special events.

4. Order Tracking

5. Delivery Issues

a) Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will coordinate with the courier partner and provide you with an update.

b) Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all delivery information (name, address, contact number) is accurate at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

c) Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver due to recipient unavailability, they may attempt delivery up to two times. If delivery fails, the parcel may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged or items are missing:

  • Please take photos of the damaged packaging/items immediately.
  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will review your case and offer a suitable resolution—such as a replacement or partial/full refund—based on our assessment.

7. P.O. Boxes & Restricted Areas

We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Delivery to military bases, containment zones, or certain restricted PIN codes may not be possible due to courier limitations.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are accepted and fulfilled within India only.
